Kelly Rotkewicz

Kelly Rotkewicz is the Executive Director of Sustainability and U.S. Strategy & Operations at Boehringer Ingelheim. Kelly works across the entire U.S. organization to showcase and drive BI’s strong, long-term commitment to sustainable development. She contributes to the evolution of the global SD4G, or Sustainable Development for Generations, strategy while simultaneously actioning it locally. Kelly also actively collaborates with external partners, and key internal leaders across BI to embed SD4G into BI’s strategy, operations, and culture. With 18 years at Boehringer, her career includes roles in Global Sourcing and as Chief of Staff for senior leaders. Prior to Boehringer, she worked with Keep America Beautiful. Kelly is a U.S. Air Force veteran and holds a BA in communication from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Michael Murphy

Michael Murphy is the Director of the US Office of Sustainable Development for Generations (SD4G). In this role, he is responsible for change management leadership, including stakeholder management, communications, education, and program engagement for Boehringer’s 8,500 US employees. Michael formally held the role of Director for Organizational Development & Leadership Development in Boehringer’s HR function where he led work to improve workplace culture and provide robust learning curricula to Boehringer’s employees and leaders.  Michael’s career history spans 20 years of learning, change management, and performance improvement roles at Andersen Consulting and Cigna Healthcare, where his leadership programming has been recognized as best in class by the Corporate University Exchange and the American Society for Training & Development.  Michael holds both a dual B.A. in Foreign Language/Education and an M.B.A. from Syracuse University.
